Choice perform to a high level of quality and use their depth of experience to identify issues on site well before they cause time issues. All variations are honestly processed with full disclosure. It is the integrity of all business dealings with Choice Commercial Interiors that makes them a pleasure to deal with.
They form part of our select group of preferred Building Contractors in a competitive environment and provide robust pricing at an extremely competitively rate. Their tenders are known for being fully researched with minimal tags and thoughtful comments around construction methodology.
I personally, have worked with Choice Commercial Interiors on a 17 floor seismic refurbishment project. The 17 floors have were completed in a very complex occupied work environment and Choice have been working with the tenants to ensure safe and issue free completion of this work.

Don Moodie - Acurity
Acurity Health Group Ltd have engaged Choice Commercial Interiors Ltd (Choice) to carry out numerous projects over the last 10 years at both our Bowen and Wakefield hospitals in Wellington. Varying in size and difficulty, the most recently completed project was the very complex $1.6m conversion of an existing theatre and office space into a new Catheterisation Laboratory together with the refurbishment of some existing consulting rooms.
Choice managed to complete the project on time and within budget in spite of the very tight timeframe and numerous variations that occurred due to having to work around existing structure and services discovered after commencement of the project.
We have always found them fair and reasonable with the inevitable variation claims that occur on alteration projects. They have excellent management skills and systems and, considering the nature of the project, the construction process went very smoothly they manage subcontractors well and are proactive in forward thinking/planning the work was undertaken immediately adjacent to another occupied theatre which required working very closely with theatre staff to avoid disruption and infection control issues with the result that there was minimal disturbance to the rest of the theatre suite and hospital they are pre-emptive in resolving issues on site we have found that they push hard to ensure defects lists are completed in a timely manner they take pride in producing good workmanship and well finished projects the project has received high praise from the clinical users and management they are excellent to deal with and we look forward to working with them on further projects.
We highly recommended them for any building project that you may be considering and would be happy to answer any queries you may have in relation to their performance and capabilities.

Walter Kooznetzoff
Having worked with Choice previously on challenging fitout projects, it was an easy decision for both Fujitsu New Zealand and Parlante to select Choice to enter into a negotiated contract for this new fitout project in the Fujitsu Centre in Wellington.
Choice have successfully completed a number of projects for Parlante; usually of a complex nature, where demolition and construction had to be undertaken in stages, with the client still occupying the floor. Their high level of construction management, lateral thinking and dedication to client satisfaction, producing a quality product on time and on budget, are refreshing and inspire confidence.
Choice excel in all phases of the construction process. Not only are their staff highly skilled in their respective areas, they are also a pleasure to deal with.
