Liam Dunne ANZIQS
As manager and director of established interior fitout companies for many years, Liam has a thorough knowledge of the industry. His responsibilities include estimating and post-contract administration. As a qualified professional quantity surveyor, he is conscious of the client's need for reliable cost information.
As director in charge of the company’s on-site operations, Rick contributes a vast pool of knowledge and expertise to the company from his experience as senior manager in major construction companies as well as in fitout.
In addition to his engineering qualifications, Stephen possesses a wide experience in fitout and refurbishment work and has excellent technical knowledge and management skills
Gary’s technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills deliver certainty to his projects. He brings the benefits of his extensive experience in new build, fitout and refurbishment work to the service of our clients.
Alice is experienced in tendering and negotiating contracts and in post-contract administration and financial control. She is actively involved in the National Association of Women in Construction.
Sam has completed his National Diplomas in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, having previously completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Money and Finance. His duties include budgeting, tendering and post contract administration.
