CCi tendered and won the contract with IAG/Scarbro for the 2500m2 fitout, encompassing levels 4 to 6 of the new tower, 20CQ. The Project included: a new internal feature stair from level 5 to 6; custom picture framed office windows; a large joinery component, including kitchens; feature screens; and seating. This was the first fitout to be done in this building, which meant CCi had to work closely with the basebuild/MCHF contractor Scarbro to co-ordinate the work. This meant, working from shop drawings and 3D models to enable CCi to pre-order some of the materials that had a long lead-time, to ensure we could meet the set project programme milestones because some key building elements were still had to be built by the basebuild works.
In order to avoid any significant costs due to delays, CCI worked collaboratively with Scarbro to ensure that we kept to the set programme milestones to avoid any significant costs due to delays.
